Project Goals:
-Multi-task management system that designed to combine pos system, inventory system, and consignment system
-Allow multi-users login for different task
-Achieve basic processes and daily tasks.
-Connect the Shopify system, and Zoho System to combine consign, order and stock functions in one store management system.
-Responsible for web design for different devices
-Design for WPA (Progressive Web Apps) to mimic App user experience and service based on web API
Design:
-The design presents the aesthetic sense of luxury and minimalism. The major colour is black and white.
-The system is mobile friendly and fits different devices.
-The interface is WPA friendly and has app design element
Responsibility:
-Determining the objectives and constraints of the design brief by consulting with clients
-Build information architecture
-Doing research and analysing functional communication requirements
-Plans, designs, develops and prepares information for upgrade system to PWA to meet client's need
-Design user interface, navigation, location of information and system structure.
-Negotiating design solutions with clients
-Coordinate with the website developer during the whole project period
-Discuss potential tech gaps and risks for the present design
-Test system process
-Fix bugs with developer and upgrade functions based on feedback.
-Design and develop a bi-lingual system user manual for EMIER employees
Skill:
-interaction theory, style guides, UI patterns, design systems, story mapping
-Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office 365

Future 2.0 upgrade function:
-Connect the consignment system
-Transfer the stock function from Zoho system and remove Zoho from the system
-Use woo-commerce instead of Shopify platform and remove Shopify from system
